Scottish Tour this week - Oct 23rd-28th

We're doing our first Scottish gigs this week since the Belladrum Festival and looking forward to going back to a few cool places we've played before like Vocoustics/Lemon Tree in Aberdeen, Brel in Glasgow and The Ceilidh Place plus the chance to go over and see Lewis whilst playing in Stornoway…

Thu 23rd Oct - Locharron Village Hall, Lochcarron (with support from Callum of The Federals)

Fri 24th Oct - An Lanntair, Stornoway, Isle Of Lewis

Sat 25th Oct - The Ceilidh Place, Ullapool (with support from The Federals - and show will be recorded for future broadcast on Rob Ellen's famous radio show)

Sun 26th Oct - Vocoustics @ The Lemon Tree, Aberdeen (with support from The Black Diamond Express + Smokin' Catfish)

Mon 27th Oct - Brel Bar, Glasgow (with support from Jim Byrne)

Tue 28th Oct - Eastgate Theatre, Peebles

Hey Everyone...
So, we're back up in the Highlands with the exciting prospect of playing at the Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival ahead of us in just two weeks time...
I hope those of you that are going to the festival will be able to make it along to one of our performances (Fri on the Grass Roots stage and a special one-of-a-kind gig on the Potting Shed on the saturday)...
We also have a few other dates on the same run...

Thursday 7th August - Glencoe, The Clachaig Inn
Free Entry 9pm

And our post festival 'Relaxing on a Sunday Afternoon' gig near Forres/Elgin/Nairn

Sunday 10th August - Kinloss, Nr Forres, The East Grange Loft - 2pm doors £? They have great food here too so might be a good one to come to and get a Sunday meal during the show...

Also, these gigs will be the first to feature our new fiddle player Roddy Neilson...Frances Vaux has left the band now as she's travelling back (via America) to Australia any day now and wants to get on with her life down under...it's been a great couple of years with Fran but as we say goodbye to her and wish her well, we also welcome Roddy to the band and look forward to the contribution he'll be making to the band...needless to say he's a great fiddler...
