COUNTRY SINGER SENDS MESSAGE TO TROUBLED WINEHOUSE
Scottish country singer Fash Stewart has sent a message to troubled star Amy Winehouse. In a song available for download from his Myspace site called "Amy, Please don't hurt yourself", he urges Winehouse to kick the habits that have been widely publicised.
"I feel she needs to know that we care about her, and are worried about her, she is an amazing talent and I just hope she gets through these rough times."

Hey all,
Seeing as I am coming up north this autumn, I reckoned I should do a song... and its called "I'll see you in Inverness".
I used to live up north, for eight years of my life, and I can't wait to get off that train, and step out on Highland ground.
Have a listen... Hopefully that'll butter up people in Inverness!!!!! haha!!!

I've tried to put together a few of my influences - rap, celtic, folk, country, rock, grunge, i'm a singer songwriter from Scotland. In 2005 - 2006 I recorded a couple of cds - while claiming to be Scotlands number one rapper.
So as a comedy rapper - it was a great laugh, and we did a few gigs - me and my "dj" sheldon fitzroy. Not a very street name - and it was never anything serious. I couldn't keep it "gangster".
SoI started writing some more songs about a year ago - and i've spent quite some time getting my thoughts on to paper, onto cd, into the bars and so on. The plan is to do a bit of a tour, and to put a cd into the shops in the summer. Who knows if anyones gonna buy one of these cds, or even come to the pubs and clubs I visit but that makes me think of one of my favourite songs of all time -

My plan for my cd - and I don't like plans, because you shouldn't plan too much in life, is to do the album pretty much on my own. I am a big fan of Kris Kristofferson and Johnny Cash and so on, and the way that they've done live shows and recordings on their own makes me feel things should be more personal - I want to give you me without any other noise... and besides, i've not written much other parts to my songs for other instruments and I don't have a band as such so I am going to keep it simple for starters. But i'm ramblin' on...
...talking about ramblin on - I am in the middle of writing my second book... sometimes a song is not long enough. more news on the book coming up soon!
But talking about putting together a band for a minute - my good friend Celestyna Wojciecha, who's is great at cooking, paperwork and bedwashing, turned out to play bass quite proficiently, and is now in the Phenomenon. From Carisle in England, she is possibly the next Suzi Quattro.
I'm goin to put together a band for touring, and being a "band leader" is all a new experience for this Fash. Everyday it seems this Fash is faced with new dilemmas such as my drummer leaving the UK entirely...
